PAYMENT AND PRICING

Which currency are the prices listed in?

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollar (SGD) by default. You can change the currency displayed on the top right (desktop view), and bottom left on the sidebar menu (mobile view) on our website. All charges will be billed in SGD during checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment using Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay & PayPal.
(Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).
Note: All transactions are done securely via our payment gateways. We do not have any access to any Credit or Debit Card information.

ORDERS

How do I make an order?

Click on the item you wish to purchase, select your preferred colour, size, length, and quantity. Proceed to add item(s) to your shopping cart.

To see all your orders, click on “My Cart” at the top right hand side of the page. Proceed to enter your address and delivery details to check out.

Orders & Fulfilment
  • Order email confirmation will be send out to you.
  • The email consists of a summary of your orders. Personal details as well as your shipping address.
  • Orders will be send for processing.
  1. Some of our products are handmade and individually produced and will be send out in 5 to 10 days time.
  2. If the items you order are instock, we will send it out in 2 to 3 days time.
  • When the parcel has been shipped out, a tracking number will be sent to you email address
  • Follow the link and the shipping number in the email to track your order.
Can I cancel my order

All orders are final once they have been processed.

Once the order has been placed and payment has been made, we are unable to cancel your order.

Please ensure all details on your order are correct before confirming your checkout. In particular, we recommend double-checking your email address, delivery address and the acceptance, and accuracy, of promotional codes.

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

In the interest of hygiene and for protection of all customers, earrings, and pierced jewelry are excluded from exchange and return. This exclusion arises from Health and Safety consideration and to prevent spread of possible infections.

For non-pierced jewelry, with the exception of personalised products, we welcome exchange or return if you change your mind within 7 working days upon receival of the parcel.

All approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit and communicated within 1 week of receiving the parcel.

Guidelines For Return Mail For Exchange/Return Of Item

Please note that the return postage back to us will be borne by buyer, in the case of an approved exchange case.

1) Please ensure that the item is in original condition, original plastic packaging and in original gift box.

2) It should be mailed in a sturdy envelope to prevent any damage in transit.

3) Mail the parcel with registered tracking number to ensure delivery of return parcel

I have received an incorrect item.

If you believe you have received the wrong item, contact us at info@ananjewellery.com 

Together with the e-mail, please provide us with your Order Number and a clear snapshot of incorrect product received.

I have received a defective item.

If you believe you have received a defective item, contact us at info@ananjewellery.com .

Together with the e-mail, please provide us with your Order Number and a clear snapshot of the defect followed by a detailed description of the defect.

Upon receiving your email, we will assess your situation on a case by case basis. As a guideline to assist our decision making, we will consider compensation for items which fall at least 14 days since your parcel was received. Compensation in the form of 1 to 1 replacements or store credits.

Please note that any personal damaged done to the item in question will not qualify for any compensation. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Items who have exceeded the 14 day grace period, will not be entitled to any form of compensation as we believe any damages occured after, will be the customers responsibility.

What if my parcel is bounced back to you?

This may be because

-      Parcel is left unclaimed at the post office after a stipulated period

-     Address is incomplete

-     Address is incorrect

It is the buyer’s responsibility and will have to pay for the additional shipping fee back to the buyer, inclusive of purchases using free shipping promotion code.

A package returned to us by the postal service as undeliverable or unclaimed, or a package refused by the addressee for any reason, is not an authorized return.

As such, it is not eligible for a refund of the cost of merchandise

Do you ship to all countries?

Yes we do! We ship worldwide from our Singapore warehouse.

How much is the shipping cost?

1. Local shipping: Flat rate SGD $4

How long does shipping takes?

Delivery within Singapore:
Delivery takes 3-5 business days and is trackable once shipped. Delivery is from Monday to Saturday (9.00 am to 10.00 pm), excluding public holidays and eve of public holidays.

Delivery outside of Singapore:
Delivery takes 5-14 business days (estimated) and is trackable once shipped. Delivery is sometimes delayed due to customs clearance which is unfortunately out of our control.

Please note that we do not ship orders to any PO Boxes, military and protected areas.

Will I charged handling customs fees, duties and taxes?

Please check into your country’s customs and duty policies prior to purchasing. Rates for international packages and customs vary by nation, and aren’t reflected in our pricing or shipping charges.
